During acquisition, EPI maintains a rigorous focus on quality assurance, providing technical oversight of all survey operations, including providing experienced and trusted client representation, ensuring data integrity across multiple acquisition systems. This includes the use of multibeam echo sounders, side-scan sonars, magnetometers, sub-bottom profilers, and high and ultra-high resolution seismic surveys in 2D, 3D, and 4D configurations. Our specialists utilise a range of industry-leading software platforms to monitor acquisition parameters in real time, verify data quality, and ensure that deliverables meet or exceed client and regulatory standards.
Beyond field supervision, we provide continuous reporting and communication throughout the project lifecycle, managing daily, weekly, and monthly reporting processes, utilising EPIQC™. We also contribute technical advisory support, facilitate client and contractor coordination meetings, and maintain oversight of data interpretation, ensuring that final reports are comprehensive, accurate, and consistent with the defined quality assurance framework.
