About the Role:

The inspection and quality assurance measures include production monitoring and quality control during production at the production site in Pikkala (FIN) and participation in specific tests at the production sites (e.g. Factory Acceptance Tests, FAT) to verify compliance with the required contractual requirements of the EPCI contract cable and applicable rules and standards, as well as identification and complaint of non-conformities, deviations and defects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspection of production documents (e.g. production requirements, ITPs, test procedures, protocols) and documentation of non-conformities via the project-specific collaboration platform (List of Open Points: DALUX);
• Participation in and documentation of tests and inspections, e.g. in accordance with ITP;
• Verification of test performance using test procedures agreed between AOS and cable manufacturer
• Participation in and monitoring of final inspections (e.g. FAT and SAT) as well as documentation of NCRs and other anomalies;
• Monitoring of production progress according to the schedule and verification of corresponding quality reports. Has context menu
