About the Role:
We seek a skilled Civil Inspector to join our team for an upcoming project starting in January 2025. The ideal candidate will ensure the quality and compliance of civil engineering work related to condenser installations and associated electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections of civil works to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
- Review and assess engineering plans, drawings, and specifications for accuracy and feasibility.
- Monitor construction activities to verify that approved methods and standards perform work.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to address timely issues or discrepancies.
- Provide detailed reports and documentation of inspections, including any non-conformities and recommended corrective actions.
- Assist in the evaluation of contractor performance and adherence to project timelines.
- Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to civil engineering and electrical work.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Civil Inspector, preferably focusing on condenser systems.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and their integration with civil works.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
- Relevant certifications and licenses are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
