Gehrig earns his PhD
Please join us in congratulating Gehrig Schultz on earning his PhD in Geophysics from the University of Bucharest – a huge achievement!
Gehrig says ‘I decided to study a different aspect of geophysics after over 30 years in seismic acquisition, design and processing. I had been intrigued with potential fields from work in Eastern Europe and also by Tullow’s work in the East African Rift system.’
He added ‘This was the first time that Multiphysics had been used within a producing field. There were studies using a single potential field but none using multiple methods.’
Many congratulations on your work Gehrig, from all of us at EPI Group!
Here is Gehrig in full flow, delivering his talk at EAGE (European Association of Geoscientists and Engineers) annual conference last week, in Madrid, on Energy Transition.
