EPI welcomes Juan Gracia & Chong Liang

We are delighted to introduce you to Chong Liang and Juan Gracia to EPI!

Chong attended the National University Singapore, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil Engineering). He began his career as a Geotechnical Engineer for Fugro in 2006, and joins EPI after 15 years of increasingly responsible roles within the Geoscience & Geotechnical industry. As General Manager Renewable Energy Asia, Chong is responsible for building client relations to establish EPI as a leading service provider within the Renewables, Geoscience, Geophysical & Geotechnical disciplines in the wider SE Asia Region. Chong is fluent In Mandarin (Chinese) and English and is a skilled Geotechnical Engineer.

Juan is responsible for developing EPI’s operations in the marine environmental sector of the US offshore energy market, including MMO/PSO/PAM, EIA and consulting services. He has both project management & field experience in regulatory compliance, including environmental and cultural resources. Aside from being a credentialed PSO under BOEM, NMFS, and JNCC, Juan is a certified PAM operator and has been an approved PSO trainer for the Gulf of Mexico. He is particularly interested in the application of novel technologies such as acoustic, optics, and drones to regulatory compliance applications.
