After calling the CHUBB helpline, please contact the EPI Group Duty Manager on:

This is a 24-hour number, which will be answered by the Duty Operations Manager. EPI will then help with the next steps in conjunction with the contractor, client, insurance broker and CHUBB, as appropriate.
